(Man 2) Uptown Players credits include Pharoah in AIDA with The Turtle Creek Chorale and Rob Chalmers in The Drama Department. Around town, he recently appeared as Iago in the dual language production of Disney's Aladdin (The Firehouse Theatre). Regional credits include General Waverly in White Christmas (Theatre Denton), Bunsen in Newsies (The Firehouse Theatre and Lyric Stage productions), Baldy in A Man of No Importance (Brick Road Theatre), Gabriel in An Act of God (Stage West), Bette Davis in Jezebel and Me (Mainstage Irving), Maury Summers in Disaster! - The Musical (Onstage and Runway productions), and Brother Boy in Sordid Lives (Theatre Denton and Laboratory Theatre of Florida productions).  Doug holds an BFA in Theatre from the University of North Texas and is currently a Special Education Teacher.
