How to Purchase and Reserve Your Season Tickets
Purchasing Your Season Package
If you have already purchased your season package (online or through the box office), skip to Reserving Your Seats below.
1. Click here to view our season package offers.
2. If you have purchased a ticket or Season Subscription before, you may log in to your account.
- On a desktop computer, click Login in the top right corner.
- On a mobile device, open the menu on the top left and select Login.
- If you don't know your password, click Forgot Password to create a new one.
- You can access your account anytime through the My Account Login option under the Tickets menu on our website.
3. Select the season package you would like to purchase and choose the number of packages.
4. Enter your payment information and complete your purchase.
5. Once your purchase is complete, continue to Reserving Your Seats below.
How to Reserve Your Season Tickets
Your season subscription is linked to the email address you used to purchase it. Simply log in to your account to reserve performances, view your package, and track your reservations.
Reserving Seats
1. Log in to your account.
- On a desktop computer, click Login in the top right corner.
- On a mobile device, open the menu on the top left and select Login.
- If you don't know your password, click Forgot Password to create a new one.
- You can access your account anytime through the My Account Login option under the Tickets menu on our website.
2. Select your performance date and time.
- For productions that span two months, you may need to advance the calendar to see additional dates.
- Make sure you see "Package Benefits Displayed" before selecting seats.
- Your subscription includes specific seating sections and performance days. If you select a performance day or seat location outside of your package, the system will automatically apply the applicable upgrade charge.
3. Click Select Seats From Map.
- Seats included with your package will show a cost of $0.
- Upgraded seats or performances will show the additional charge before checkout.
- The legend in the upper left corner will indicate which seats are included and which require an upgrade.
- You may also purchase additional tickets for guests during the same transaction.
4. After selecting a seat, a Select Ticket Type window will appear.
- Choose the ADD button showing $0 (or the upgrade amount) to use your season ticket.
- To purchase tickets for guests, choose the ADD button showing the regular ticket price.
- After selecting all tickets, click Add Tickets to Cart, then either continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
Reserving with Other Subscribers
If you attend with other season subscribers and would like to sit together, you will need to log in to each subscriber's account separately to reserve their seats, or call the box office for assistance.
Managing Your Account
Once you reserve a production, it will no longer appear as available in your subscription package. To exchange tickets, please contact the box office at least 24 hours before the performance.
Your email address and password are all you need to access your account, view your order history, and reserve future performances.
