GARY ADLER (Musical Director) Gary is new to the wonderful world of the Uptown Players. He spent over 30 years working in and around New York City. His Broadway and off-Broadway conducting credits include Urinetown, Kinky Boots, It Shoulda Been You, The Fantasticks, and Nunsense. He was also the original musical director of Avenue Q for its entire Broadway run. Gary served as the composer, arranger, and conductor for the Radio City Christmas Spectacular for eight years. He was also nominated for two Drama Desk Awards for his music and lyrics for off-Broadway's Altar Boyz. Gary has performed extensively with Telly Leung and Chita Rivera, and studied Music Composition at the University of Michigan.
